We keep finding beautiful homes just a short walk to the sea for great prices. I’m torn between the Canary Island hideaway for €115k and the Valencian beachside reno for €78k.

But who am I kidding, my favorite of this issue is the classic Bodega in Castilla Y Leon featuring a massive wine cave! Yes, I mean cave, not cellar!
