They make such an impact on your day to day lifestyle and can ultimately lead to whether or not you’re happy with your purchase.

Consider seasonality as well! If you’re dreaming of a beachside apartment, be sure to visit the area in both winter and summer. The atmosphere will be totally different depending on the season. Many towns come alive in the summer but with it bring hoards of tourists - something you may not love if you’re not the partying type.
